Leetcode 2105. Watering Plants II

Simulate two pointers from the ends moving inward, tracking each person's remaining water and incrementing a refill count whenever they must top up to fully water the next plant. If both reach the same plant, the one with more remaining water (Alice on a tie) waters it.
