Leetcode 3483. Unique 3-Digit Even Numbers

Count how many distinct three-digit even numbers can be formed from the given digits, using each digit occurrence at most once and disallowing leading zeros. The units digit must be even, and duplicate input digits permit repeated digits only up to their available counts.
