Leetcode 1435. Create a Session Bar Chart

Given a list of user session records (timestamps and/or durations), aggregate and group those sessions into fixed time buckets to produce counts or summary metrics suitable for a bar chart. Key challenges are correctly bucketing by time intervals, sorting/grouping records, and including empty buckets for periods with no sessions.
