Leetcode 1606. Find Servers That Handled Most Number of Requests

Simulate assigning each request to server i%k or the next available server in circular order (drop if all busy), tracking completion times and counts per server. The algorithmic challenge is efficiently freeing servers as time advances and finding the next available server circularly to identify which servers handled the most requests.
