Leetcode 2225. Find Players With Zero or One Losses

Given a list of match pairs (winner, loser), compute each player's loss count and return two sorted lists: players who played and have zero losses, and players who played and have exactly one loss. Matches are unique and input size can be up to ~10^5, so use frequency counting over appearing players.
