Leetcode 2260. Minimum Consecutive Cards to Pick Up

Find the minimum length of a contiguous subarray that contains at least two equal values (a matching pair of cards); return -1 if no duplicates exist. This reduces to locating the smallest index distance between any two identical elements and returning that distance + 1.
