Leetcode 1854. Maximum Population Year

Given birth-death intervals where a person is alive in years [birth, death-1], find the year with the maximum number of overlapping intervals (people alive) and return the earliest such year — a classic sweep-line / prefix-sum over the small 1950–2050 range.
