Leetcode 2125. Number of Laser Beams in a Bank

Given an m×n binary grid where '1's are security devices, count laser beams between pairs of devices on different rows such that every row between them has no devices. The total beams equal the sum, over consecutive non-empty rows, of the product of their device counts.
