Leetcode 1604. Alert Using Same Key-Card Three or More Times in a One Hour Period

Given name/time pairs, find all workers who used their keycard three or more times within any 60-minute window by grouping times per name, converting HH:MM to minutes and checking sorted timestamps for such a window, and return the unique names sorted alphabetically.
