Leetcode 1072. Flip Columns For Maximum Number of Equal Rows
Given a binary m×n matrix, determine the maximum number of rows that can be made all-equal (all 0s or all 1s) by flipping any subset of columns — rows that are identical or exact complements are equivalent under column flips, so the answer is the size of the largest group of rows matching up to bitwise complement.
