Leetcode 2314. The First Day of the Maximum Recorded Degree in Each City

Given a list of daily temperature records per city (city, date, temperature), determine for each city the earliest date on which that city's maximum recorded temperature occurred; essentially group records by city and track the highest temperature and its first occurrence (ties broken by earliest date).
