Leetcode 3611. Find Overbooked Employees

Group meetings by employee and calendar week (Monday–Sunday) and sum duration_hours to find weeks where an employee spent >20 meeting hours (>50% of a 40‑hour week); then count such meeting‑heavy weeks per employee and return those with at least 2 weeks, ordered by descending week count and ascending employee name.
