Leetcode 3586. Find COVID Recovery Patients

Per patient, identify the first Positive test and the earliest Negative test that occurs after that Positive, compute recovery_time as the day difference between those dates, and return only patients who have both results. Order the output by recovery_time ascending, then by patient_name ascending.
