Leetcode 2987. Find Expensive Cities
Given city prices (and optionally connections), identify which cities are "expensive" — e.g., whose price exceeds a given threshold or is strictly greater than all directly connected/neighboring cities — and return their indices. This is solved with a single pass or simple graph traversal comparing each city's cost to the threshold or its neighbors.
