Leetcode 789. Escape The Ghosts

On an infinite grid where you and ghosts move 1 step (or stay) per turn, determine whether you can reach the target strictly before every ghost; this reduces to checking that every ghost's Manhattan distance to the target is greater than your Manhattan distance from (0,0) to the target.
