Leetcode 577. Employee Bonus

Given Employee and Bonus tables, report each employee's name and bonus for those whose bonus is less than 1000, also including employees with no bonus (NULL). This is essentially a join between the two tables combined with a filter on bonus < 1000 (or NULL).
