Something to be ready for is being asked: - How would others describe you? - How would you describe yourself? My suggestion is: - Have a few adjectives prepared - Review the company culture so you're wording/framing is correct - Intertwine it with your STAR stories If you're applying somewhere, it's very likely there's an overlap in who you are (how you operate) with the company. It's usually a venn diagram, but take time to think of the right choice of words. If you have time, consider asking others of what they actually would say about you. It's a great, fun and easy way to kick off some ideas.
