Leetcode 1934. Confirmation Rate
Compute each user's confirmation rate by aggregating the Confirmations table (confirmed_count / total_count) for every user in Signups, treating users with no confirmations as 0 and rounding the result to two decimals — typically done with a left join and group-by.
