Leetcode 3274. Check if Two Chessboard Squares Have the Same Color

Given two chessboard coordinates, determine whether the squares share the same color by converting the column letter and row digit to numeric indices and comparing the parity (even/odd) of their sums. If the parities match, the squares are the same color.
