Leetcode 1117. Building H2O

Coordinate hydrogen and oxygen threads so they pass a barrier in groups of three forming H2O: ensure exactly two H threads and one O thread proceed and "bond" together before any threads from the next molecule, using releaseHydrogen and releaseOxygen calls.
