Leetcode 1491. Average Salary Excluding the Minimum and Maximum Salary

Given an array of unique salaries, compute the average salary after excluding the minimum and maximum values (i.e., average of the remaining n-2 elements). Array length is between 3 and 100 and the result should be returned as a floating-point value.
