Leetcode 1619. Mean of Array After Removing Some Elements

Compute the mean of an integer array after removing the smallest 5% and largest 5% of elements (i.e., trim n/20 elements from each end) and return the average of the remaining values. Note: array length is a multiple of 20 and answers within 1e-5 are accepted.
