Leetcode 1640. Check Array Formation Through Concatenation

Determine whether arr can be formed by concatenating the arrays in pieces (you may reorder pieces but cannot change the order within any piece). With all numbers distinct, this reduces to checking that each contiguous segment of arr exactly matches some piece.
