Winding down Mock Interviews & Mentorship
Last session day: May 31, 2026
Hi,
We've decided to wind down our mock interview and mentorship programs, with the last day for sessions on May 31, 2026. Everything else (Premium, Guided Practice, the free content & videos, etc.) continues as normal, and we're investing more in it, not less.
This was a hard decision. We know many of you are counting on these sessions and looking forward to upcoming mocks, and we want to make this transition as smooth and accommodating as we can.
What happens next:
Starting May 14th
No new mock or mentorship purchases. Existing credits and active engagements can still be used through May 31, and we've already spoken with the coaches and mentors who will keep delivering sessions through that date.
After May 31
Any unused, unexpired mock or mentorship credits on your account will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. If you've purchased a package and used only some credits, you'll be refunded for the remainder. You don't need to do anything, we'll process refunds in the days following. If you had a mock scheduled in June, those sessions will be cancelled and you'll be receiving a full refund back to your card in the next few days.
Your past feedback stays put
Any session notes and feedback you've already received remain in your account, private to you, so you can keep working from them.
Everything else stays
System design, coding, and behavioral prep, guided practice, premium questions, trip reports. All of it continues. This change is only about the live 1:1 programs.
Why? The reality is that 1:1 work can only ever reach so many people. Stepping back from it frees us to go all-in on the product, where we can help far more candidates prepare well.
