What is included in a mentorship package?
Each package includes 1-on-1 sessions with a dedicated mentor that can be used for mock interviews, concept review, resume feedback, creating a study plan, or anything directly related to preparing for your interviews. Packages of 3 or more sessions also include chat support between sessions.
How are mentors selected?
Our mentors are selected from our top-performing coaches who have demonstrated exceptional teaching ability and consistently receive high ratings. They typically have 8+ years of experience at top tech companies.
Can I choose my mentor?
Not directly. When you sign up for mentorship, we'll match you with mentors who have relevant experience for your goals. You'll be able to read their profile before purchasing.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is one hour long. You can schedule these flexibly - whether you want to do them weekly, bi-weekly, or spread them out over a longer period.
What if I'm not satisfied with my mentor?
If you're not satisfied with your mentor after your first session, we'll help you switch to a different mentor or provide a full refund. Your success is our priority.
How does the chat support work?
For packages of 3 or 6 sessions, you get access to private chat with your mentor between sessions. You can ask questions, get feedback on practice problems, or discuss your study progress. Your mentor will respond within 24 hours.
