If approved, we will schedule a 30 minute onboarding call to get you set up.
You'll start to receive mock interviews during your available times!
You set your own hours! Coaches can link their existing calendars and specify availability, including daily or weekly limits for mock interviews. Candidates will book sessions within these available times. We ask that coaches commit to a steady state of 1 session per week.
We are looking for coaches with substantial experience, preferably at staff level or above, as software engineers or managers in top, FAANG-level companies. Coaches should have a significant track record in conducting interviews and a deep passion for mentoring.
Candidates choose their desired level, target company, and interview type. We then match them with coaches based on these criteria, ensuring coaches are paired with candidates fitting their preferences.
Coaches receive compensation ranging from $100 to $190 per mock session, depending on the parameters of the session, your skills and experience, and your tenure with the platform.
